Tried calling the outlet,got through twice but no one picked up and line became busy after. Tried finding an email to write in but the website was not accessible. Used to love their butter biscuits but the quality of their biscuits have went down significantly over the years, no longer sweet nor buttery enough now. On the last visit I tried their squid and prawn burger. It was it the news some time ago over the size of the patty and with the second photo in my review, you can see how pathetic the size of the patty is. The sauce is also way too spicy for me but that is a me problem but it should state in the details that the sauce for the burger is rather spicy. Fried prawns are okay and their spicy tenders are better than their original counterpart.

From my most recent order, the wrap was well toasted and the sauces and vegetables substantiate. Changed my mind about the previous bad order. Maybe it was a bad day previously after all. Prices still astounding for fast food!

This review is specifically for Texas’ delivery. It used to be my favourite, with fast and warm food upon arrival.
In recent months however, they have switched to walkers, who often have multiple orders or refuse to deliver at all.
Portions have shrunk, and the flavours have noticeably declined. The new squid-shrimp burger was disappointing, and the wrap was so over-toasted it became hard.
Texas seems fixated on using chicken breast, as seen in the wrap and most chicken meals, making everything dry.
A real shame, and I won’t be ordering from them again anytime soon.

The butter biscuits are wonderfully fragrant and rich, with just the right touch of saltiness to make them irresistibly appetizing.

The burger is so hard, dry and cold and the aunties at the counter refused to change it and kept insisting it’s just newly made for me. I highly doubt so as the bread was so stale… won’t come here anymore!

Online order E upsize 2pcs chicken combo.
1 PCs chicken is nice.e other one I took a bite and it tasted like gasoline, so I went back to the nex store, but the staff refused to change it for me. The manager came out and said that they were together and I could eat one, so there would be no problem with having another. I told them that there were black spots on it and if they didn't believe me they could try it themselve. Their attitude was very bad.

The chicken served at texas seemed shrunked. The new garlic chilli lime chicken was disappointing. As seen, it is only powder being sprinkle on top of the chicken. It is unlike previous hebeehiam and other flavours that they done previously. This garlic chicken probably pay for original and add own flavor powder. The price point is not worth for the flavor.

My 5 year old son is fan of Texas., only eat here as soon as he want to eat fried chicken. The staff are very friendly especially the Malay aunty at order counter

Chanced upon a burger meal promo during my second visit and the food was delicious 🤤 two-piece chicken set 🐔 is highly recommended as well. The Malay female staff is also genuinely friendly and neighbourly which adds to the overall positive experience 👍🏻 there is also a corner to rinse your hands so you don’t have to go shopping with discomfort ☘️

Had dinner here.
Have craving for fried chicken and wanted to try Texas fried chicken for sometime but didn’t get a chance. Many times that I wanted to eat this fried chicken at Seletar Mall but always was diverted to other food by my family😅.
Happen that I am at NEX and there are seats inside the restaurant so went in to place my order.
Ordered a 3 piece chicken and a burger.
Chicken is crispy outside and juicy inside. The burger is good.
Comparing their fried chicken with other popular ones, I think this one can match or even slightly than some. Will definitely eat again when have chance.
