I tried this restaurant because of the Impossible Burger menu, and it didn’t disappoint. The Impossible Burger came with fries and coleslaw. The fries was lightly salted and tasted quite fresh. The coleslaw was a bit too sweet for my liking. The caesar salad dressing was not authentic and was also a bit too sweet. But the portion was generous. What impressed me the most was the service. I spilled a glass of water. The staff not only did not give me a long face, but asked whether we wanted to change the table and quickly replaced the glass of water. The atmosphere is cheerful and family friendly. I used the NTUC points to redeem cash vouchers. I will come here again when I want Impossible Burger.

Service was good-decent. Food was alright nothing to scream about. Ice cream sundaes were a little disappointed though. More like magnolia standard.

Food is not bad. Ordered the steak medium rare but it turned out more medium. But it was still tender. The battered fish and chips were good too. Had the sticky chewy chocolate and it was abit too sweet and sinful, but still nice. Friend’s a member and she gets a free ice cream dessert on her birthday month. Service is not bad considering the dinner crowd. Glad that Swensen’s still doing well. Our childhood favourite ice cream place! A nice family friendly restaurant!

Ambience is good. Food is delicious and taste great. Nice service. Very reasonable pricing. Staff Xin Yun at Serangoon Nex outlet has a good attitude, friendly and knowledgeable in her work areas. She is helpful and offers lots of great advices to the food orders and recommend us for membership with perks offers. Many thanks to Xin Yun and her team at NEX.

Food service was slow and some staff attitude were appalling. Besides items like sundaes (less than 5 minutes), we had to wait over 30 minutes to be prepared. We dined in at around 5pm before dinner rush. Staff explained that waffles take 15 minutes to prepare, and only 1 at a time-which is ludicrous. Only 2 of 4 waffle flavours were available. After 30+ minutes of waiting, waffle came out uncook, which staff claimed to be their usual way of doneness-I’m no waffle expert so see the photo to judge yourself. One of the staff, Elvie, who was on duty was really helpful despite the situation. Must be tiring on her to be constantly problem solving for the team.

The food is standard Swensens fare. But the helpful staff made a big difference - our daughter was unwell during dinner but the staff did everything to make sure she felt more comfortable and was very attentive to us. Special shout-out to Naila and Faizal for all your help to make the dining experience more enjoyable.

The NEX outlet has never let me disappointed All the service staff here is hard working and very friendly. My first time meet the manager - Miss Elvie, she is so kind and helpful. I give the outlet here 10/10👍👍👍👍👍

Had to get my Coit Tower fix after dinner. There are very few sundaes that can beat this and Swensen’s is my go-to spot every time. Still sinfully delicious and satisfying. And I spotted many other tables also ordering the same thing so felt comfort in validation.

Bought the Swenson’s ice cream cake which is shaped like a durian. It is mao Shan wang flavour with sea salt gula melaka cream as its thorns. The design is unique and very aesthetically pleasing. The ice cream is nice for MSW lovers and the durian smells strong. It has a small crown which adds to the cuteness and there is a wooden stem to the durian made from chocolate.

Celebrated a birthday lunch. Staff were super nice and courteous. Not the first time dining at this outlet. Kudos swensen’s Nex!! Wooooo. Ooh yes food was great too!
