Ordered my takeout at 5:11pm to avoid the peak crowd and I was shocked by how the portions are being skimped? Especially for toppings segment when i only saw it’s just 3 small pieces of broccoli and I requested for more since the portion is pathetic? Staff proceeded to add more pieces, looked at me dead in the eyes and said it counts as 2 servings as 3 pieces counts as 1 serving??!!!! So now i can’t add another topping unless i pay more???

It gets smaller every time I patronize this store. very small portion Located in NEX, idek what happened, it stated open at 5pm, by 6pm i was there, they always sold out the chicken. So i tried my luck again and be back around 515pm, lucky that i got the daily bowl, and they're almost sold out. I put an order of all veggies, biryani rice, couscous, chicken, with 2 combined sauces (thai sweet chili and honey mustard). The chicken was warm as it's just freshly cut and juicy, all the veggies was slight cold. I am told this place is for serving the healthy version but i doubt so with the sauce choice. Scoring time; Food 4/5 Taste 4/5 Price 3/5 Service 3/5 Ambience 3/5 Location 3/5 Overall score of 3.3 out of 5 stars, the only issue was the price and location. Would i come back? Okay Would i recommend this place? I would love to recommend other outlet bc this one is rather stingy with the portion.

Please do not patronise the Nex outlet. The amount provided is extremely little, and not worth your $8. Photos attached, I took out every single piece of chicken and that was all that was given. And a single broccoli. Bowl was half filled, almost as if it was half eaten. Been a long time customer here, but won’t be coming back to Stuff’d anymore. Ingredients are no longer premium, the sides are no longer special. Subway is more affordable and GYG is better and much more consistent.

tldr, this outlet they tend to skimp on the portions, so come at your own discretion. burrito is good, they were missing ingredients for the burrito, couscous and black bean, I thought they would give more corn and mashed potatoes to compensate, but the corn isn't even fully scooped. The portion definitely could be better, when i weighed it myself, it's at 460, which is whatever, but that includes the plastic and tinfoil wrap, and that is just kinda questionable. even the staff on the cashier asked whether it's a burrito, that's kinda funny I guess? (The staff also quickly weighed it, didn't actually let me see the weight myself)

Had been a long-time customer, however, noticed that the portion had become lesser and lesser. For a daily bowl at $8.30, it wasn't even filling anymore.

Horrible service. The guy was fine, the girls were horrible. So rude and blunt. I ordered a chicken kebab and this one Chinese girl working there literally couldn’t even hide her laziness. She leaned on the counter and uncaringly squeezed the sauce with one hand. Her whole demeanour was so lazy. And she barely put any sauce in my kebab, so now I have to eat it dry. The Malay girl didn’t even bother trying to show any type of customer service, just looked away throughout the whole time of paying. And they didn’t even heat up my food long enough, it’s still cold. Trying to take shortcuts and didn’t even bother hiding it. As someone who has worked in FNB, this is absolutely pathetic. Kovan’s stuffd is absolutely amazing, and just one mrt station away from Nex. They put so much effort into being fair and plating your food, don’t take shortcuts and ensures food quality, and are so friendly during interactions. Never had any issues with them. If you want stuffd, don’t go to nex unless you want half heartedly prepared food and poor quality. Go to kovan.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your outlet. I ordered a chicken kebab but was incorrectly charged $6.50. When I requested for the transaction to be cancelled and reprocessed correctly—a standard procedure in most establishments—the staff refused to do so. Instead, I was pressured to take mashed potatoes or another item to make up the difference. I clearly stated that I did not want any additional food, yet they continued to insist. With a long queue forming behind me, I felt forced into accepting food I neither wanted nor asked for, just to avoid further confrontation. This experience made me feel disrespected and unheard as a customer. Additionally, I noticed another customer before me had a similar issue with their order, and the staff seemed to make light of the situation while serving. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and reflects poorly on your service standards. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address it with your team to ensure better experiences for future customers.

Worst stuff experience ever. Do not buy daily bowl from this outlet unless you want to buy something else again to fulfill your stomach. See the photo - it’s almost as if it touches the bottom of the bowl. Really? I’m being optimistic regardless of many reviews regarding the amount of food they given to customers, I bought 1 daily bowl. My mistake I guess, not only the verges are less and the chicken they gave you is pathetic almost you are eating vege only. To whoever manages NEX outlet, please see all the reviews and do something about it.

Ordering the daily bowl from the Stuffed Counter at Nex has been a regular routine for us, but our recent experience left us disappointed. Despite expressing our concerns to the server about the inadequate quantities of sides and chicken, we received no response from the billing counter. The chicken portion was particularly lacking. Even though the initial green salad seemed sufficient, upon weighing it, we discovered it was only 401 grams. I understand the weight for daily bowl 400 gm. Concern remain for side and chicken.While this is the first time we've encountered this issue, we hope it can be addressed for future orders.

Yesterday Night at between 8:00 pm and 8:30 pm, I saw a chinese girl with glasses, with the mask and hairnet, hat on... going around the mall. I even saw her going to way to the toilet with the mask and hairnet on. I mean it is very unhygenic and feel digusted to imagine to go like that with those on in the shop again.

Dont know who the staff think they are, but their attitudes are by far the WORST ive ever seen in terms of F&B and service in general. By far have the biggest egos, look like they dont care about their job, just tryna pass time. Everytime I go, they have been laughing and snickering as if im a clown or laughing stock or an inside joke to them. Hello? Do they think customers are oblivious? Do they think people are not socially aware? Mind you, they cant even speak clearly through their masks, then get upset when they cant hear when people have their masks on. Please get a grip, you guys are not better just because youre the ones serving us the food. I used to work at lots of F&B establishments and if I worked with people like this I would rather quit or end my life. Please educate your staff to be more professional, and take their jobs abit more seriously especially when the customer is right infront of their face. I just think its hilarious that they think people cant see or understand that theyre laughing about customers.
