hair is falling out, and i feel as if nobody was even trying to get to my inspiration photo. my hair was so important to me and i loved it so much, it is now permanently ruined. this truly feels like sabotage and i feel like they did it on purpose. i could have done it better myself. i am so mad and so disgusted that you would do this to someone. edit: they said they shared proper brushing techniques. they did not. they roughly handled and brushed from ROOT TO TIP which causes breakage in all types of hair, not just curly. they said there was no sign of breakage when i was at this appointment. this is 100% a lie. as witnessed by my mum, the man washing my hair was pulling out the damaged hair, washing it down the sink. additionally, at the end of the appointment when they made me pay for my subpar haircut, i pulled out a piece of overprocessed damaged hair and showed them. this is why they gave me the k18 treatment for free because of the damage. they also encouraged me to return for a treatment for the damage which i refused. these blatant lies stand to reflect their lack of professionalism and and undertrained “hair technicians”. to claim that i did this damage myself is insane, because in the photos i provided, the only hair that has fallen out is the overproccessed, uneven foils placed on the day of appointment.

I like the haircut and treatments. Not giving 5 stars because the stylist who attended to me was shady about pricing. Kept recommending treatments but did not give the price. Also tried to hard-sell package when I paid. I might have signed up for a package but I didn't like it that the cost was not revealed along the way. What if I didn't have $400 to pay at the end?

Very nice stylist, they listen to you and customise the style per your need. Very professional. Rates are reasonable. Decent ambiance. My first time there and I was pleasantly surprised. I also loved my cut.

Edsmond did a digital perm for my long hair a few weeks ago. Am glad that the curls are lasting well despite having done a few rebonding treatments previously. Edsmond was patient and knowledgeable. He answered my questions and even help blow cool air when the curlers were too hot and uncomfortable for me. At the end of the long 3-4hour session, he patiently taught me how to blow dry my hair and did a wonderful job styling my new hairdo.

Literally just walked out with a very high satisfaction for my haircut. The staff (I forgot to get her name) was really polite and experienced. She gave me explanations for every single step, also gave some really good advice. Definitely will come back!

Stephy is the one I trust with my (almost) once-a-year haircut, colour, or even just a trim. I waited a few weeks before posting this because, let’s be honest, the real results show after a few washes—not just on the day it’s been perfectly styled. I feel confident in Stephy’s hands and so glad I’ve finally found someone near my neighbourhood instead of trekking all the way to Orchard for hair treatments.

I showed him the photo of the hairstyle I wanted, and then he suddenly cut off all my sideburns. I asked him why they were so short, and he said my sideburns were already short at the beginning. But I originally had medium-length hair. He also said he was standing too far away and didn’t get a clear look of the photo I showed him. I want to ask is it acceptable to start cutting without clearly seeing the reference image? With this kind of work attitude, is it really appropriate for him to continue working? I feel so disappointed of this hairstylist(male, white skin, black long hair, from KL)

My girl wanted a very unique (Genshin Impact related) haircut. I was quite skeptical at first as it can easily turn out wrong. I'm glad I followed her instinct as Richard managed to craft it both skillfully and beautifully. She is so happy with her new hairdo. Highly recommended

I am very happy with the service rendered by stylist Edmund. I had a hair cut today 15/3 and is serve by him. His cutting is nice and his service towards his customer is awesome. Highly recommend him and the organisation is lucky to have a stylist who is polite and friendly.

I got a trim recently but it seems to be uneven. The hair stylist that did my precious cut wasn’t there. So another hair stylist, not sure if he’s new was asked to trim my hair. But he didn’t speak English so I had to explain to the manager who will then inform him. But I had to explain a few times what kind of hair cut I wanted. I’m sure he’s just trying to do his best and follow the instructions. Sera also wanted to wash my hair at first which is extra charge. Should inform customer first as I didn’t request for it so I declined and said can just wet my hair to cut. Sera made it sound like me having curly/wavy hair was a ‘problem’ to cut in the tone she replied to me. So when trimming my hair, I was trying to keep calm and not have anxiety because the instructions could get lost in translation. Half of my hair is straight and the bottom half is curly which the previous hair stylist followed my natural curls and flow of my hair to make it all even (the top straight part was cut slightly more shorter than the below curly part). I did explain I want this same cut style. My hair was cut dry, did not wet it. After trimming, the hair stylist had to blow dry straight to check and it seemed ok because my hair was all straight. But now, it seems uneven as the naturally straight parts are sticking out and my hair on top (straight) looks longer than bottom half(curly) which is how my hair naturally flows. Also, did not trim the side flyaways as it was already blown straight and it looked ok then. I’ve been a regular customer for over 6 years (for hair dye and cut) as I feel they are professional so I trust them them to do whatever with my hair. But now, I feel their customer service has dropped. Me having wavy/curly hair or not speaking other non-English language is not a ‘problem’. I think I will head elsewhere where I can have peace of mind and feel calm when my hair is being cut.
