Visited the shop on Mon, 24 Feb 2025 in late afternoon. The Samsung lady promoter was more interested in looking at her own mobile instead of serving me. She moved away from me and even after she was done with her mobile, she still didn’t want to serve. Please improve.

16.2.2025 7 pm Sunday. We were so glad to be served by Henry to port over my old parents' mobile, broadband and TV to Starhub. He explained the packages, pricing and processes clearly ( and he was also very considerate and kind to my old dad). Thanks to Henry we got things sorted out with minimum fuss and with a smile. Great experience!

Pleasant experience at NEX starhub with SA KY LOO. Went to port in from other telco. 15person infront of my queue number but waiting time is less than 30mins. Acceptable waiting time. Queue number call by SA instead have large display on screen, which i think can be improve. You will get notification from Starhub your queue number will be call soon, so you can walk around if your number is far away. Overall great and smooth transaction.
