We were served by Linda at the Serangoon NEX outlet and we're very impressed with her excellent customer service provided to us. She really go all the way out to answer all our queries. She is a gem to the company and I wish all service staff are like her. Super helpful and friendly and attentive.

We bought 1 king sized bed and 2 super single beds, all with mattresses. Our commendation to Ms Linda Khoo, sales staff who attended to our family. We spent considerable time at the outlet shop at Nex mall but Linda was very patient in explaining, and meticulous, and vast product knowledge. It was due to her genuine interest and customer service that we made the decision to go with Sleep Night as we had earlier visited Courts and Isetan early in the day.
