Jacky served me on Tuesday and he was very helpful and professional. He was able to solved my issue and also recontrct renewal. Am very happy and satisfied with the service he provided. Excellent! Keep up good work.

Horrible and unprofessional customer service from your staff. Did not get the name of the staff who serviced my family at station 6 on 1July 6.30PM, but he’s chinese and wore squarish specs. Was extremely rude to my mum when she expressed her concerns. He was busy using his phone and had 0 eye contact. Was told to head to AMK outlet for our queries as they had no clue. Not to mention, the Singtel hotline “1688” was not even usable such that there was no one I could reach for any customer support. Please work on your service. This is extremely disappointing.

super unhelpful & rude guy in his mid 30s & wearing a super gold ring sitting at booth 5 on the 1st aug 2025 around 630pm. all he knows is how to play his phone whilst talking to customer and not serve customer at all. no please no thank you, why are you in the customer service line? so lazy and rude. disgusting behaviour. gross

Came here to get the iPhone 16 Pro Max. We were served by this guy in his 30s with glasses. He was helpful, accommodating and patient with all our queries. We left with a smile on our faces. A pleasant shopping experience.

I just left Singtel at Nex about an hour ago and I just want to share my pleasant experience. I went there to terminate my late father’s mobile account and I was served by Mr Kenneth. He definitely knows his job well thus he’s very efficient. Yet, he listened patiently to my queries and even gave me good advises which I really appreciated. He is definitely a gem to SingTel and I hope SingTel would treasure and give due recognition to their valuable staff like Mr Kenneth.
