We had a great time dining at the restaurant. The staff Irene Teo was very friendly and welcoming. She explained in detail how the ice cream was made and what ingredients were used. We were celebrating a birthday and she also helped us clean the table afterward. Her attitude was excellent and the service made our experience so enjoyable that we would definitely come back again. However, i felt that the manager could have been a bit more flexible. When we were making payment, we noticed our bill was just a few cents short of the $149 needed to enjoy a promotion. We asked if we could add a bottle of water or something small to qualify, but unfortunately, she said it wasn’t allowed.

Seorae is a fantastic spot for those craving warm and comforting Korean dishes in a cozy setting. Whether you’re enjoying a hearty bowl of bibimbap or indulging in a steaming hot jiggae, every dish is packed with authentic flavors that make you feel right at home. Their barbecue meat platter set is a must-try, featuring beautifully marinated cuts that grill to perfection, filling the air with mouthwatering aromas. To top it off, they offer a complimentary free-flow salad bar with a great selection of banchan, including classic kimchi, tangy pickled radish, crisp cucumbers, and a surprisingly delightful cold creamy macaroni. The fresh lettuce provided makes for the perfect wrap to enjoy with the flavorful BBQ meats. With its inviting ambiance and delicious offerings, Seorae is a great place to gather with family and friends for an enjoyable Korean dining experience. Highly recommended!

Service and food were really great. We ordered the pork starter set (the one with Smoked Black Pork Samgyeobsa), and Aunty Grace served us really well. She was so friendly. The porks were grilled to perfection and she even suggested us to eat in certain way to elevate the flavour combination of the pork. We weren’t expecting much, until we tasted the pork, it just tasted well with everything, it was grilled perfectly (we especially loved eating it with the tortilla-like triangle pastry, instead of the usual lettuce). Definitely love the black pork. We also loved the steamed egg (with mozarella cheese), it came along with the set. It was nice to be eaten when it’s hot. You can also get free flow side dish (self service: kimchi, lettuce, raddish etc) and free ice cream too. Overall highly recommended, and definitely will come back:)

Had this twice in three days! The first delivery completely blew us away while the second order was more hit-and-miss, with $10 more for the grilled meat ala carte being less value for money than the bentos. It did come with plenty of condiments and sides, though that wasn’t exactly what we were after. The food quality remains top-notch for both orders, but if you’re after both taste and value, the bentos are the way to go. Will recommend getting three bentos to share between two pax if you are average to big eaters.

We ordered the charcoal BBQ pork set and budae jjigae for four people-both dishes were flavorful and surprisingly impressive for a franchise chain. The meal also included access to a complimentary ban chan (side dish) bar, which was a nice bonus. However, the dining experience was a bit affected by the setting. Seating deeper inside the restaurant felt a little stuffy, and staff frequently opened a nearby cabinet-often checking their phones-which was distracting and took away from the overall ambiance.

Food was amazing! Beef was tender, sauces are tasty and the pickle bar has cucumber, kimchi and radish ❤️ Sudubu jigae is also very good

Had the black pork sot pot for lunch and it is so disappointing. The pork is ok~. Not fantastic, quite fatty and tough. The rice tastes just like plain rice. Mixing in with fish roe is a weird combination. Really bad.
