A wonderful Christmas shop with such lovely packaging for the season. These make the most ideal gifts. The only problem is the staff do not show the cheer of the season. Try another outlet.

The staff here is terrible. I write this review knowing that I very, very rarely write bad reviews and prefer to give private feedback via email. On this occasion, I had ventured to the nex outlet in to buy a gift card for a friend for Christmas. One staff handled my payment, while the other stamped the date with red stamp ink. She had inadvertently smudged the date and so tried to touch up the date … in blue ink! I stopped both politely and noted that whichever outlet receives this gift card is going to think that I had amended the date. Secondly, this was a gift for a friend and how could I pass this gift card on now, that had a red-ink date amended in blue ink? I wouldn’t dare carry the card myself! Anyway, both sulkily tried to convince me that the card was fine and it could not be refunded due to serial numbers. This does not hold water with me. They cannot be the first people to have made a mistake and so there must exist an SOP somewhere to rectify this. They refused to rectify it, even writing her name “Deanna” from NEX down on the card telling me to tell the recipient that they can just call the nex outlet. It was only after I asked for a refund of the card when they went into a back room to confer… coming out minutes later, not to apologise, but to continue stamping the date stamp on paper telling me that “it would have smudged anyway” “See?” I pointed out an unsmudged date on the paper, and told them that if we stamped carefully, the date looked fine. It was only now that they stamped a new gift card for me and I finally managed to leave. I would like to reiterate that I usually NEVER write bad reviews because I don’t believe in affecting businesses like this. But this is beyond belief. Shop here at your own risk

I ordered two chocolates - champagne and au lait- via Grab. Both of them taste the same. The champagne one has NO champagne at all. I don’t know if it’s Royce changing the recipe or the Nex outlet duping us.

Please follow the opening hours mentioned here. The store is supposed to close at 10 pm however it is already closed at 9:30 pm.

Lotsa delicious chocolate for you to choose from. This is a place for all of you chocolate lovers. From white to dark chocolate. Located in the middle on nex shopping mall. Public transport user have easy access to this place while drivers or riders can park their vehicle at the mall or nearby public parking lot. Try it out guys 😜💪
