Bright royal sporting house branch with some options for running shoes. We were looking for a merrell shoes or for hiking but unfortunately they don’t have those options.
The staff were kind though to accommodate us. Hope they will have more options.

Racket became like this on the second use within a week. Went to the store for exchange. They took extremely long to call the supervisor for advice then told me to leave my number and they will call me after contacting the vendor for repair. I asked what is the timeline and she told me next week. I asked for her number in case no call back I can reach out to the store but she insisted she will call me to update. Needless to say she/they didn’t, otherwise I won’t be leaving this review. The right customer service is to replace the bad quality racket for me and they settle with the vendor themselves. Horrible to play delay tactics and lied to customer. I will never go to this store or any other RSH again.

Convenient place to get generic and lower - priced branded sports shoes and apparel. In short - no top range Adidas or Nike shoes. I would recommend getting the items on sale...can almost always get a good buy! Many brands ...Reebok, Adidas and Nike but limited selection. Its like almost a factory outlet but not really so of the different brands. Staff is friendly though!! Verdict: GREAT PLACE TO GET SOMETHING GENERIC!!

Visited a newly renovated and relocated outlet at Nex and would like commend on Hi Ying/He Ying (staff at the outlet at the time of posting of this review) for a really pleasant shopping experience to top off the end of 2023. Thank you to Hi Ying/He Ying!

The staffs at Royal Sporting House Nex are very rude, unprofessional and lack of training. Was there to pick up a t-shirt that was confirmed by the staff at Royal Sporting House Suntec City. Requested the staffs at Nex to get me the t-shirt that I required and the staff told me rudely to join the cashier queue which is a very long queue around 8 persons ahead of me. After checking, they say don't have, system not updated. Wow, this kind of answers, what a waste of my time to get this kind of treatment from the staffs of Royal Sporting House. This will be my last time visiting Royal Sporting House again to avoid any unhappiness.
