No hard selling is a plus point. I had been a loyal customer at Perky Lash ever since. My beautiful lash tech is Jennis. She is professional, friendly, cheerful and skilful with her service.
She always done a great job for my pretty lash lift with tint, semi-mascara and lash botox and eyebrow shaping.
She listen carefully and understands what I want and will recommend which curl size is suitable and to be use for me.
Lash regrowth treatment by Jennis is good as well it’s painless experience and I feel relax when doing it.
Lash regrowth treatment is recommended to have a healthy beautiful lash growth together with the use of lash origin serum 🥰 i can really see real result after using the serum. Very happy with my long lashes 😁

She delivered flawless, natural-looking lashes that feel so lightweight and comfortable. The process was relaxing, and the salon was clean and welcoming. Highly recommended!!

Used to gave it a 5 stars but the last visit here was a disaster for me. The lady whom I always find is no longer working there so I randomly book another lady. I had an important overseas function so based on the previous good experiences compared to other places, I decided to play safe & chooses perky lash.
I chose back the premium wispy lash type that always do & top up another $20 to $108. After the lady staff finished, I was in a shock. It was so thick & heavy that I cannot fully open up my eyes. I never did it so thick before so I kept telling the non Chinese lady I don’t like it and it’s so heavy & I cannot see well as the lashes blocking half of my view.
Then she says it is because I didn’t did my lashes for a long time so I’m not used to it. Excuse me, I went to other places too. Thick lashes are not in trend already please. Last time when the lady who quit did it for me, it was perfect & not so thick & heavy.. And it was 1 lash to 1 lash then.. The non chinese staff says she could help me remove some if i insisted but there will be gaps in between.. This left me with no choice but to accept it which I regret deeply later.
I flew overseas the same night. The photos I took at my important event, my eyes were all like half close because the lashes were too heavy for my eyelids. And I looked so bad… I was extremely sad… Instead of making my eyes look bigger they looked smaller cause it was straining my eyelids.. My whole week of holiday in Korea was ruined .. Can’t even open my eyes under the sun because of the light reflection off the lashes resulting in blurry vision..
And normally it will start dropping after 10 days plus but till now it has been 3 weeks already & the lashes are still mostly there because of the bad job done. Refer to photo. Instead of 1 piece of Y lash glued to a lash, it was 2-3 Y lashes cluster onto a whole patch and then glued to 3 of my lashes.. And all those clusters hurts. And it broke off with my own lashes leaving that patch bald.. Frankly speaking I am doubting it’s the premium lashes that I chooses. It looks like she mixed them with other lashes because some are not Y Y style.
Reflected to Perky Lash about my unhappiness when they sms me for the touch up & they only offered free removal & 20% off the bills for the next session. But no, this doesn’t help.. Why would I pay u again for such bad job.. Kindly train your staffs well please..
