I visited Pepper Lunch at NEX for the first time and it was a great dining experience! We arrived on Friday at 12 PM and it was the perfect timing because after 12:30 PM, the queue started get long. If you want to avoid the wait, I’d definitely recommend coming a bit earlier.
One thing I liked about this outlet is that they offer student meals and lunch deals. The set meals are well-priced and you get a good portion of food that’s both filling and flavourful.
The dining atmosphere at Pepper Lunch NEX is nice and comfortable. The restaurant is well-maintained and the sizzling sound of the hot plates makes the experience even more enjoyable. Watching your food cook right in front of you on the signature teppan plates adds a fun and interactive element to the meal.
Whether you’re craving beef, chicken, salmon, or even Japanese-style curry rice, there’s something for everyone. The service was also quick and efficient despite the crowd.
Overall, I had a great experience at Pepper Lunch NEX and I’ll definitely be back for another satisfying meal!

Nice cosy environment. There's another outlet at the food court but we prfer to eat hefe as u can order and seat down as conpared to fiod court with long queue. They also offer student meal during weekday.

Tried Pepper Lunch @ NEX near B1 main entrance.
Proper sit down restaurant and nice dining ambiance.
Ordering system is fast and convenient.
Wait staff are all friendly and efficient.
Price wise is slightly higher but quality of the food and taste is very satisfying.
Meal are done just perfect.
Will visit again.

Visited Pepper Lunch @NEX on Nov 30. The service flow was excellent, with intuitive and user-friendly self-ordering kiosks. A male staff member handling food delivery was especially polite and friendly. The steak was evenly cooked, flavorful, and beautifully plated, while the standard chicken teppan dish was equally satisfying. Service speed was quick, making it a pleasant dining experience. Highly recommended!

Unacceptable Service at Pepper Lunch (NEX Serangoon)
Absolutely appalled by the poor service at this outlet. We were in the middle of eating when the waiter came not once, but twice, trying to clear our dishes — while we were still chewing our food.
This is completely disrespectful and shows a shocking lack of basic customer service. We came here to enjoy a meal, not to be rushed and disturbed like we were an inconvenience. His repeated interruptions were intrusive, rude, and downright irritating.
If your staff are more concerned about clearing tables than respecting paying customers, then something is seriously wrong with your training and management. This experience has left a very bad impression.
We will not be returning, and I strongly urge others to think twice before dining here if you value basic courtesy and a decent meal experience.

Service team did great. Always helpful. Order at the kiosk at the entrance, you can choose to pay by Cash (at the counter), or card, at the machine itself.
My only feedback was, the seasonal soup (idk what is that. Tasted like mushroom soup?), it was cold upon serving.

Enjoyed having dinner at pepper lunch nex outlet. This is my second time dining at this outlet and the service provided by the shift manager was good and he is very service oriented .
