Arrived at 5.33pm on a Ph with a very ill child. Was told last appointment at 5.30 but dr and 3 nurses were still all around. Concluded the nurses were just plain lazy. Didnt even bother to help me ask dr if its possible to squeeze in my child, despite my desperate pleas. What poor reception service.

came at 9am to register, we told to come back at 11. When returned, we had to wait for patients who register later. So what’s the point of us registering early? If we had to still wait when we returned the staff could give us a heads up prior. I don’t expect to be seen immediately but proper system

Visited on 27.12.2023 - Counter staff were friendly and polite, waited for almost 2 hours before I could see the doctor - Daryl Chan, who is unprofessional and impatient when questiones were being asked. If we know what are our problems are, we don't need to seek professional advices, we can self treat already, why bother to see doctor?? Dr Jasper Yang is different, more professional and friendlier in giving advices.

Doctors were very sweet but the front counter staff acts as though patients owe them a living. Granted i was in a rush after waiting 1 hr for 3 patients before me to be seen, when i asked how long more as a gauge to come back another time or wait, front counter staff made 0 effort to check with the doctor and glared at me, with a black face when i ask if they can help check with the doctor. 0 attempts to move When i refuse to back down from the stare down, woman was clearly pissed. What a pity their counter staff were rude and unprofessional because the doctors were great. Came here only because it was on my company panel and surprised it was so empty, i guess i can tell why. Front counter staff totally ruining the image and service experience here. LOL LOL. Not gonna come back even though the doctors were super nice. Unless all other clinics closed. Probably hire better staff that actually cares about your company?

Decided to give the clinic a shot as it was the only one open on a public holiday and I was extremely unwell. My overall experience was excellent. Both receptionist and Dr Clyde were very helpful, easy going and attentive. Dr Clyde also gave immediate attention to my blood pressure when It shot up high, out of norm. He was concerned, supportive and very gentle. Glad to have chosen this clinic. Thank You !

I contacted the clinic to enquire whether the doctors are certified to notarise my niece’s vaccination records and upload them to the Health Promotion Board, which is a necessary step in her application for a student pass at an international school. The cost they quoted was very reasonable and I was very impressed by the professionalism, warmth, and efficiency of the front desk staff. In particular, I would like to commend Ms Umairah, who attended to my queries with great attentiveness. I even asked her to spell her name so I could remember it, as I truly appreciated her initiative. She suggested that I email my niece’s vaccination card so the doctor could review it for any missing vaccinations and determine whether it would be necessary for my niece to travel to Singapore. Her prompt and thoughtful assistance made a positive impression on me.

Visited Dr Jasper Yang in 2024 and remain thankful to this date. My child was 2 years+ back then and had breathing difficulties. We thought it was due to his blocked nose from a cold virus but Dr Yang advised us to head to A&E immediately and administered some puffs at the clinic to open his airways. My child subsequently was hospitalized and discharged. We can’t bear to imagine how badly things could have escalated without Dr Yang. Since then, my whole family has been going to Dr Jasper Yang without fail- he’s our trusted family doctor now. Thank you so much for your patience, care and sharp judgement!

Excellent service provided by customer service executive Ms Rafiqah and Doctor Samuel Tan as I visited One doctors at NEX on 30th Dec 2024. Excellent service and they went the extra mile. They were both kind, caring and patient and nice as my fever was too high 39 and 38 degree and I felt too weak to even walk. Thanks for giving me a glass of water to have my high fever medicine immediately. My first time visiting and I love both their excellent service provided. Doctor Samuel Tan and Rafiqah thanks for your great patience, kindness, help, niceness and caring nature.

Visited the clinic on the 29th Jul 24 at about 8PM and the receptionist was extremely caring and helpful. Upon hearing that I was referred to the A&E, she even reminded me to wear a jacket before heading over. I really appreciate it a lot, more so for a patient who is unwell at the point in time. I would like to thank the receptionist for the care and concern rendered :)

Had a consultation with Dr Samuel Tan today for a minor bruise which hadnt healed and was unfortunately licked by a friendly dog in my condo..He not onlt administered tetanus vaccine efficiently causing minimal pain in my arm but also asked me if I wanted a memo to get it claimed by my insurance which i had completely forgotten to get after making the paymenr at the counter! Very pleasant expwrience at One Doctor's Clinic tiday..:)

The bad reviews do not really make sense, as I felt that this is one of the best family clinics ever. Had multiple visits and all of my consultations were held by Mr jasper yang. He is really friendly and passionate as a doctor. Every visit was accompanied by a consistent warm greeting and hearty conversation. Do give this clinic a try.

Dr Jasper Yang is a very experienced family doctor and was the only one who could cure my 3 months cough by recognizing it was caused by asthma after infection where other doctors just gave me cough syrup.

Dr Jasper Yang is by far the kindest, most patient and professional doctor that I have ever come across. He is thorough in his checks and doesn’t rush through consultations. Patients do have to anticipate a longer wait because of this, but rest assure that you are in good hands at the end of it. I’m also thankful that Dr Jasper had identified the root cause of my illness after a misdiagnosis from another doctor. One feedback for improvement, please do away with the seats outside for patients with fever and flu symptoms since Covid measures have been relaxed across the nation. It can also be very uncomfortable for a fever patient to be waiting under the scorching weather while those with mild symptoms are inside. One way is to perhaps ask the patient to go for a walk first, and call them back when their queue number’s approaching or allow the patient to wait inside while enforcing safe distancing measures (there were plenty of seating space inside when I was there and it didn’t made sense for me to be waiting outside when I was already in pain.) Hope the clinic could review this.

Despite the bad reviews, decided to give it a go and did not regret! Both the receptionist was very friendly. Dr Jasper Yang is one of those doctors who greats with a warm smile and welcome patients, he diagnosed me carefully and patiently! Everything was smooth, waiting time was acceptable for me even at an evening time. Would love to visit again but I don’t live nearby. Great place!
