I redeemed my birthday drink at Nex and was asked to show my IC for birthday verification. This didn’t happen the last time I redeemed it. Since each membership is tied to a mobile number and the birthday reward is issued only once a year, that should already serve as sufficient verification. If showing an IC is still required, I find it unnecessary and intrusive. As a result, I’ll be skipping this brand’s drinks in the future.

i saw the other recent reviews , and i wasn't far away. Same exact Problem. Rude Staff and an uncooperative character. explained about the accidental change that occured which changed my birthday by a month. the best part if that i signed up infront of a staff here last year and they saw and understood. now however,they are uncooperative although i show the proof. soo where is my birthday drink? stupid company rules which are absolutely ridiculous, will never return. won't recommend to anyone else. i demand an explanation (6pm 9/7)

My number was 92, but I noticed that numbers 93 and 94 were called ahead of me. When I checked with the staff, I was told that the system didn’t register my order. I would have waited indefinitely if I hadn’t followed up. And I was late for my 7pm appointment. Please look into the system issue.

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at your establishment. I attempted to redeem the birthday month free drink offer for my family. We had three eligible accounts registered with phone numbers, entitling us to three free drinks. However, the staff refused to honor the offer. I'd like to understand the reasoning behind this refusal. Is it company policy to limit the number of birthday month free drinks per family, even if each member has a registered account? If so, this policy was not clearly communicated. It seems unreasonable to assume a family cannot have multiple registered accounts. If your company can no longer afford to offer this member benefit, I suggest you reconsider the promotion altogether. It is frustrating and misleading to receive vouchers for free drinks, only to be denied redemption. I find this practice to be unacceptable and frankly, ridiculous.

Poor design of the stall, somehow the collection point and the queue is right next to each other and there’s not much space to manoeuvre. Service here is indeed slower than Luther outlets. That’s quite bad cos it’s a popular stall in Nex and I always see Safe Distancing Ambassador asking ppl to spread out. Drinks wise is ok but waiting time is really an issue

Ordered Grab delivery from this Mr. Coconut outlet. While drinking bit on something hard and found out that there were fragments of coconut shells that were blended in the drink. I have drank so many other brands of coconut blends but never had such poor quality with shell. This is so dangerous. Many other negative reviews before me have substantiate this outlet’s quality. So buy at your own risk.

Disappointed with the standard at this Mr Coconut. Lots of large chunks of coconut flesh in the shake. Something wrong with the blender or are the staff cutting corners by not blending for long enough?
