Exceptional service from Nichole Chuo! She was patient, knowledgeable, and friendly, demonstrating a clear passion for her work and a commitment to providing the best service. Her guidance on selecting the perfect necklace was invaluable; she recommended the ideal length and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect piece. Despite us visiting for 2-3 days, she remained attentive and accommodating. Should I have any future jewelry needs, I would definitely return to her for assistance. I would like to commend this staff name Nicole, Nicole has provided a very good customer service experience to me. When I called her to inform her that my order was taking longer than usual to be delivered. She promptly called me back to inform me of the situation and promised to call me back the next day to update me.
