I had my lcd screen replace there a few days ago. The lcd hsd some issue after charging and dead pixel appear. I went back to the store to enquiry. The staff told me that my lcd was not under their warranty as i had accidentally "knock " my phone. And i cant replace the lcd.

Expensive, asking for cable price. Initially told $4, later gave changes and said $12. Charger didnt work after 2 weeks. Bought when urgent but so disappointed that it couldnt last for a month

I recently had my phone's charging port repaired, and I was served by Liang. Before coming in, I was able to ask about the repair cost on WhatsApp, which was really convenient. They provided a clear price upfront, and when I made the payment, it was exactly as quoted—no hidden charges. Liang told me the repair would take about 30 minutes and gave me the option to either watch or come back later. I chose to stay and observe. As I watched him carefully open and replace the part, I asked quite a few questions, and he patiently answered each one. His knowledge and willingness to explain everything made the experience even better. Despite the estimated time, he completed the repair smoothly and even faster than expected. Overall, I’m very happy with the service. My phone is working perfectly, and they even provided a 100-day warranty for peace of mind. Highly recommend!

Went to Repair Apple Watch around 1am. Liang checked and cfm that LCD issue. Very friendly and helpful. Price is also reasonable. Collected within the same day around 6 hours. 100 days warranty also. Thumb up for the good service!

My daughter’s iPhone couldn’t turn on, so we went around a few shops to check on the repair cost and time needed. Honestly, we were met with quite a few unfriendly responses — some even told us straight to just replace her old iPhone instead of repairing it. A friend recommended Mobile Life at NEX, and we decided to give it a try. The experience was so much better — it was swift, the staff asked simple and clear questions, and when I wanted to make payment, they told me to only pay upon collection. Although they mentioned it might take about 2 days, we were happy to get a call the very next day that it was ready! Other shops had told us that the repair would only restore about 80% functionality, but at Mobile Life, we got a 100% restoration. Very happy with the service!

Brought my son's old iPhone to fix his battery issues and also got a new screen protector a few weeks ago. Both are working well so far. Salesperson ( sorry didn't get his name) was able to do the above mentioned issues fixed in a very fast timing so virtually no wait time. Highly recommend this shop for iPhone repairs n fixes. I requested to change the back glass of my phone as it was severely cracked at around 1pm. got my phone at around 9+pm. I am really satisfied as they are affordable and efficient. the other stores I’ve been to charged me ard $300 to fix it but I only had to pay $80 here. highly recommended, will come again!

I messaged them on WhatsApp to ask if they had stock for the item I needed for my phone. The response was quick and clear. I went to the shop to get the service and found the technician Ah Liang helpful and knowledgeable. I give them 5 stars because of Ah Liang, the store's transparent pricing, quick response, and honest setting of expectations. I know who will now be my go-to for mobile repairs and accessories.

Went Mobile Life to have the screen protector done for my new phone, Edmund and Ah Liang who served me were patience with someone who is not tech-savvy and fickle minded not sure which film to get. They explained the benefits of each film clearly to confirm my purchase. I have another phone with broken screen, Edmund identify the issue and mentioned they do repair too. After knowing the phone care plan doesn't work for my broken phone, went back Mobile Life to get the screen fixed within an hour. Screen protector were nicely done without bubbles. There's a 100 days warranty as well! Awesome service!
