My first time at this outlet was amazing. Not only were the staff super friendly, my consultant Lynn is an extraordinary person that has a friendly yet professional disposition. Debbie was also very nice and they were all attentive and provided me with personalised information to suit my needs. Super appreciative of them. The rooms as well were small in a good way, providing safety and comfort. Overall, great experience!

I have been visiting Nex Outlet for my treatments, and Lynn has been my consultant. I appreciate her approach—she's not pushy and is very easygoing. Lynn ensures that the treatment process is comfortable and only recommends what is necessary. It's refreshing to have someone who prioritizes your comfort and needs. Highly recommend!
