I had the Glow and V-Lift treatments done at Kskin Nex and was attended to by Samantha, she was amazing! Super thorough with the cleansing and made sure every step was done properly. What really stood out was how she took the time to share aftercare tips and general skincare advice, which I really appreciated. My skin felt great after the session and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend seeing Samantha if you’re visiting this outlet!

Shirley is a skilful and thorough in cleansing my face. I tried the Glow and Eye Care and am very satisfied, primarily because of Shirley's skills. I can tell the difference because I tried Kskin many years ago and found the staff was young and inexperienced then.

There’s no hard-selling of packages, which is a plus. You simply take a queue number and wait for your turn, making the process quite fuss-free. However, during my visit, there was only one staff member available, so my treatment was interrupted multiple times by other customer inquiries and a delivery. Additionally, after the treatment, there was an extended introduction to their skincare products, which I felt was unnecessary. Overall, the facial treatment itself was comfortable. I opted for the 30-minute “Cleanse and Glow,” which was a pleasant experience.

I usually go here for VLift facial. It's very refreshing and rejuvenating for my skin. Shirley was my beauty therapist. She is very friendly. And gave me very good advice for my skin type. Also on the product that can help me better. Did not pile on everything on me. Relaxing experience.

Wanted to get a quick facial at NEX Kskin and was served by the therapist Shirley . Surprisingly she did a great job on my face... She advised me to choose combo A since my face is extra dry. I was so happy with the result and not only that she did a great job, she also took time to.explain toe all the steps and what is the solution she applied on my face. She doesn't hard sell but she advises the best for the customer to ensure my skin is always hydrated.

Therapist Shirley is amazing. I now go to her for my express facial. She is very knowledgeable and was able to identify my eye bag root problem. She went above and beyond in her service and treated customers with great attention, goes to show her passion towards her work. Shirley was gentle on my skin even though she had many blackheads to remove from my face. I didn't have any breakout post session, which I have experienced at other facial places. Her product recommendation is good too where the serum I purchased has made a difference to my face within a few days. Best kskin outlet so far!

I went to Kskin hoping to improve my skin condition through their facial treatments, but unfortunately, it did nothing to address my concerns. I didn’t see any visible improvement, and the service felt rushed and generic.
What was even more disappointing was the persistent hard-selling throughout the session. Instead of focusing on my treatment or giving proper advice, the staff kept pushing me to sign up for packages and buy products — even when I clearly said I wasn’t interested.
I left feeling more frustrated than relaxed. Not a pleasant experience, and I definitely won’t be returning.
