A budget yet delicious choice for lunch and dinner. A value set of Udon or Japanese rice under $14. Will be quite crowded so suggest to go at non peak period or just order a takeaway if in a rush.

Frankly, the udon here is quite nice. The self-service counter where you can top up your ice or hot water and other condiments is also convenient. However, one MAJOR problem which totally irks me is that they hire PRC workers who can't even speak simple basic English. This is another sign of poor staff training. This is Singapore, mind you. Their 1st language is English which is also the common language since this is a multi-racial nation. Shouldn't all service staff be taught to communicate in simple basic English to tend to all nationalities of customers. Why are their staff speaking Mandarin to all customers? They expect us, customers to learn & communicate in Mandarin for Their own freaking convenience??? What logic is this? Customers must be able to communicate in Mandarin to eat there?? **Management must remind their outlet supervisor and staff to communicate in English to all customers. The outlet supervisor is Filipina, so is she supposed to learn Mandarin in order to communicate with the PRC staff, cos the PRC staff are too lazy to upgrade themselves by learning basic English to serve non-Mandarin speaking customers & the company is too lazy to train their staff as well??

Long waiting time but when we got in there's actually space inside. Not much choices of sushi on conveyor belt. Unorganized system flow in general. (Staff, counter processing paying customers).

There is a lady who serve me, service very good.. As I feedback that the soup is half filled.. She immediately gives me a good serving.. Better than younger staff whom said top up with water..
