Disappointed, i want to eat the spaghetti but never put in the bag, i order 2 sets of chicken joy with jolly spaghetti x2 burger double patties, when i reach office no spaghetti inside, tried to call branch no answer also. Wasted paid for x2 spaghetti for nothing.

No frills fried chicken outlet, ordering through kiosk was easy, fried chicken was crispy juicy and fresh! Very different from your usual big brands and was awesome tasting! Fries also tasted natural and freshly fried! Turn over of the chicken was fast as they kept making new batches due to the overwhelming crowd at the restaurant. One of the best fried chickens I’ve had this year! Service wasn’t too good but I’m very happy with the fried chicken and fries! Thank you Jollibee!

The chicken and the spaghetti is usually ok. I usually don't leave bad reviews. But on my last visit, I bought a single patty burger and was kinda sad when I found that there was just one lonely pickle and a single round of onion 🥹

Jollibee NEX's deluxe burger is very decent. Their burger bun tasted like Shake Shack's bun. Burger meat is done well and the sauce is tangy and makes the burger appetizing. Noticed most customers order their fried chicken than burgers I think their burgers are great and the side of fries is also good. Waiting time for burger is more than 20 mins. Dining environment is comfortable.

Very juicy and crispy fried chicken. But drumstick is very small with little meat. No option in the kiosk to choose meat parts. Spaghetti tastes great with enough sauce and cheese. Mango pie sucks and it is only mildly warm.

Ordered 3 pcs chicken tenders meal to go and I ordered rice as the side. the rice was so dry and hard that i couldn’t even finish it and the chicken tenders were so small. I paid $8.45 for food that does not even fill my stomach. Previously ate here and thought the food was okay but after my bad experience i will think twice about eating here again.

Test taste Jollibee food. Deluxe burger was the best item. Followed by fries then chicken burger. The fried chicken was dry and hard. Chicken tender was so salty. Spaghetti was average. Mango peach pie had some tangy taste which made it not so artificial.

Brought take away. Only found out that they miss out the spaghetti for my 2pc chickenjoy. It's quite disappointing and its not the first time it happened. I dont see other fast food chain brands have this issue that frequently.

Not sure why this place is so lowly rated but we had quite a fantastic experience here. The food came relatively quickly, the chicken was well fried (and large), and the chicken burger was delicious! Additionally, when we gave feedback that the sauce for the chicken was not enough, one of the staff came to our table to ask how much sauce was given and offered to top it up for free. We didn't expect that at all and were very surprised that it was offered. Overall a good fuss free experience!

Bought 2 piece originals.. hot and tender as usual. Love their chicken always. Service is prompt... And staff entertain my special request. Staffs at dinning area also prompt to fill up soap and clean up spills when customer highlighted to them. Overall good experience.
