Isetan @ NEX features a premium fruit section that showcases some of the finest native Japanese produce.
While the items are on the pricier side, the quality and presentation reflect their premium positioning. The elegant packaging makes them ideal as gifts for special occasions. I’ve tried a couple of the products before and was very satisfied with their taste and freshness.
However, due to the premium pricing, I reserve my visits for celebratory or special moments

A place that sells anything and everything. Have saved my life many a times, ranging from spoilt work shoes, split pants and last minute need for a suit. Just note the crowd on a weekend.

Nice to shop at Isetan. The one at Parkway had closed permanently. I like their store because they have much better quality items. I came here to see their Bonia watches because not many place sell it. Somehow their design is like a 99% copy of Rolex but I don’t really care about branding I am more into quality and durable when comes to wear. I think spending what I am comfortable and within my needs I more important. The service staff is kind and nice showing me this watch on 06/02/25 around 2pm. Thank you 😊

Momiji Matsuri by Isetan starts from 5 Nov onwards at the NEX atrium.
Expect authentic Japanese food and daily needs like Hokkaido ice cream, Kumamoto delicacies, Lavender pillows, food condiments, Hokkaido croquettes, yakitori (meat skewers), and many more.

The lady who worked the Wacoal store today was very rude and inattentive. I asked her a few simple questions about the products, specifically on price, workmanship, materials, function, available sizes, etc. she got frustrated and made snide and condescending remarks even after just the first question. In fact, she seemed extraordinarily bothered to have been approached by a customer in the first place. I'm asking to be convinced to buy something here. I think a simple and humble, "Sorry, I'm not too sure" would have sufficed if she really didn't know how to answer my questions. Moreover, she laughed at me and was very pushy when I said I didn't want a membership. She only really fixed her attitude towards the end of the experience, once it was made clear that I was actually buying something and not just inquiring. However, given her unprofessional attitude, I am highly unlikely to buy from here again.

My friend and I were looking for a knife sharpener in Isetan when a staff, Ms Jaclyn Goh, approached us and asked us what we needed. We told her and she strongly recommended the Scanpan ceramic knife sharpener. However, she did tell us that we could not use it on ceramic knives. We didn’t know what ceramic knives were so she kindly pointed them out and for that, we are grateful. We told her that we had to reconsider because of the price even though it was a discounted item. We also told her that we might not buy it, but her attention to us did not wane and answered all our questions politely and courteously. This is a very rare trait in a salesperson. We found out that she is only a part-timer for Scanpan but what dedication! Ms Jaclyn is very friendly and we had a lovely conversation with her. Both my friend and I left Ms Jaclyn feeling very pleasantly satisfied. We discussed about Ms Jaclyn on our way out and both of us felt that we should just go back and buy it because we felt we could trust Ms Jaclyn. Scanpan should be proud of her!

Nice Japanese department store where you can buy clothes, electronic appliances, crockery and cutlery etc for your home. It is spread over different floors of the mall.
