Ordered via food panda, order came in hot and crispy but the flavors were lacking for seaweed chicken and fries. Is so gelat at the first bite that is difficult to eat it. Milk tea is okay the rest idk. Only great thing is items did not came in soggy. Chunks of soggy flour in chicken too abit gaowei

Qian Hui is very patient and professional with how she answered various queries I had with my order. Not the least bit flippant, which goes to show that she has a genuine heart for service. Very efficient crew member as well. She is an asset to the company!
Drinks-wise, I have mixed feelings about not being able to choose ice levels for deals purchased via Shopee. I also wished the lychee four seasons tea had a more prominent taste of tea instead being overwhelmingly sweet, even at the lowest sugar level. I had a hard time finishing it.
Edit: I am docking some stars off my review as their staff (not Qian Hui) have shown to be reluctant to make small adjustments to some of their beverages' sweetness levels on multiple occasions. For instance, I saw them adding this lychee syrup into the lychee four seasons tea, which would make their beverage unpalatably sweet and cloying, so I asked their staff to just not add the syrup entirely and/or reduce the amount added on different occasions. All of their staff responded in a manner suggesting that it would be both inconvenient and going against the SOP that they were told to comply with, even presenting me with the argument that if they were to accede to my request, they would be laying a precedence for entertaining all similar requests to mine in future. The indian lady and chinese man in questions both relented to my attempts at reasoning with them, telling them that I was asking them to give me less and not more of something that would cost them money as well as having to throw away my last lychee drink purchased from them due to its excessive use of sugar, but I cannot help but feel that they, as representatives of the brand, care more about expedience than customer satisfaction and feedback on their beverages.

I visited 24 May 2025 (Sat) 12.40pm. Ok but the seaweed shaker fries didn’t have powder on 1/3 of the fries (were hidden; realised as I ate it) so I think not enough powder.

Ordered 2 sets of extra crispy chicken, different flavours (original and sour plum), but both tasted disgusting because it's super oily and have lots of fats, would rather throw it away than finishing it. And for the price paid, would have expect something better.
Would have been 1 star if it wasn't for the Sunny Island drink. Pretty colours but taste mid too.

Bought a bento for dinner on 19 Jan around 8.45pm and was served by a tanned Chinese man without a nametag. He was chatting on the phone with someone for a while before I ordered. Instead of apologising, he stared at to me rudely after he was done and when he checked the flavour of chicken I wanted he asked in a cold tone “flavour?” He kept rolling his eyes and scowling throughout my order process. I was actually patient when I waited for him to be done with his important phone conversation (during which he kept laughing), and I still spoke to him nicely at first because I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. However, his rude behaviour when he spoke to me was definitely unacceptable and uncalled for. He also did not speak to the customers before me this way.
He was working with two other staff, one of whom was named Stephanie. For some reason, he spoke to them after he took my order and they kept looking at me and laughing. Stephanie also did not thank me when I collected my order but she was pleasant and thanked the Chinese customers before me.
I sincerely hope you will look into customer service training for your staff. Even when I visited Taiwan, I experienced more hospitality from service staff there so having to experience such unpleasant service in Singapore was a joke.

Very bad service attitude. Stood there for 3minutes and the 4 lady staff there ignored us. All 4 were busy - 1 was frying some food and 3 were packing. They all looked at us and looked at 1 another yet continued doing their duties on hand WITHOUT acknowledging us omg. Could have just asked us to wait a moment! We can see they are busy and we are willing to wait. But their response is totally lacking and unacceptable. Didn't proceed to purchase in the end

Extra Crispy Chicken Cutlet seasoned with Mala powder was okay average, meat juicy but the batter too thick so dont really have airy crispy crunch. Mala seasoning very generous, spicy and addictive. Can actually go for Original Spicy, more authentic but didn't know it was an option until hearing others ordering that. Oolong milk tea 25% still very sweet, no oolong tea fragrance. Pearls tooooooo soft, very mushy.

Conveniently located right beside the MRT exit. Outlet has really friendly staffs and efficient with their order preparation, there’s a few seats in-store where you can enjoy your food and drinks too.
