For the price I paid for the carbonara pasta...I can't complain much about the carbonara sauce. The Argentina grass fed beef steak medium rare was good! All in all, a decent meal!

Hot Tomatoe Nex has really one of the best experiences I had in terms of Service, Atmosphere and Food quality.
Every staff I come across is very polite and professional especially the manager in charge who is super attention to details. Definitely must patronise 👍

We ordered coffee instead of coke and staff was very willing to change for us. Gosh!
Food was great too! Had mixed grill and lamb chop. Chicken, onion rings, fries, lamb chop - all nicely done. Only pork chop was a bit dry.
Very patient and understanding staff throughout the stall. Haven't had this kind of service in Singapore for a long time.
Finally, we left the place and forgot a bag. One of the service crew rushed after us to pass it to us, with a smile! What else to ask for? =)

We went for the weekday promotion deal. Dine in and ordered before 5.30pm during weekdays to enjoy 25% discount. Super worth it. There no crowd and we came at 5.15pm and the food came very fast. The salmon is so fresh and salad is refreshing. Their steak is flavourful and tender. Must order their lemon tea very nice and pretty decorated. Service is good too. Just scan and order and pay within seconds all very fast. Definitely will come again. Price is reasonable. Portion is just right.

The food is amazing!!
Do get the tomato soup when you are there for food! It is so refreshing and has a very pleasant warmth to the stomach.
Do try out their escargot 🐌 for those who fancy them~~ Personally I love any savoury food and this is definitely one that has a rich garlic flavour!!

Hard to go wrong with this place for yr typical western fare, steaks, fish&chips...reasonably priced, fast efficient service, every staff is smiling. I was served by an intern, Rachel.. v courteous, alert to our needs.

I visited this place to celebrate Mother's Day with my wife. I ordered the New York Pork Chop & Bratwurst Sausage. The pork chop was cooked well, but the black pepper sauce could have been more robust to balance out the flavor, as the pork chop was a bit bland. The sausage, however, was just right. Overall, this place is a great option for a quick and satisfying lunch or dinner.

Value for money. Ordered chicken grill comes with salad and spaghetti. Chicken was tender, spaghetti abit oily, salad just salad. Service was great even u came for the promo. Will repurchase next time.

Had a really pleasant experience at the Hot Tomato branch at Nex on Sunday just after the lunch peak period. The food was fantastic and perfectly cooked as usual, and reasonably priced for the quality.
I wanted to especially commend my server Louie, for his attention to detail and friendliness. He noticed I had set aside a portion of food as it was too much for my son and I, and he proactively asked if I wanted to pack it to go. I’m very impressed and feel confident this is one of the best serving experiences I’ve had in Singapore. We also had a nice short chat as the restaurant wasn’t crowded.
Thanks Louie for making our meal even better than it already was! 😍
P.S. Louie wasn’t the only friendly server, everyone else was also equally warm and made us feel very comfortable :)
