Hi h2 hub, I visited nex h2 hub on Thursday night, and I can say that it's the worst shopping experience there.
There's a lady at the nex branch, skinny and Chinese, long black hair.
She's gives the worst shopping experience.
Incident 1:
1. An Indian guy was trying out a watch. She told her colleague in Chinese, he already came before that day. (Hinting that, he is coming to try only without buying). I'm a Chinese so I can understand her words and her judgemental tone.
2. Me and my company walked to the other watch shop, opposite the h2 hub. She followed after. We pointed to her what colour is this? She answered, "$1.2k". We did not ask her how much, but asked her, WHAT COLOUR? Her scornful tone, to a potential customer (me), feels like she is saying, don't even bother trying when you might not afford it.
I went to other shops before and went to another one after, and compared to her, they were angels.
They let me try out watches in a welcoming face.
Her overall demeanour:
1. Impatient, scornful attitude
2. Arms folded, waiting for you to get out of the shop
I came here and realised that someone also mentioned about her.
And the company replied that, it may be a misunderstanding.
As a first hand person who encounter this on Thursday night, i can tell you that it's Not a misunderstanding.
I walked out away from this negative energy.

Worst service ever.
Come here to change the straps, week after, the straps tear.
Purposely come to check with him and he just told us that this is not warranty even they sell worst quality straps. If we want to change we need to pay again ~How ridiculous!
Pay $48 just use for one week!

very good staff n friendly. i lost my photo for battery replacement for a particular watch but have photo for 4 watches also from aries gold. i buy from them at nex. the stafft change free for me. i am a loyal customer of them.

Very amazing and passionate staff. Really appreciated the time she took to introduce a lot of watch pieces to me, and helped advise me on what watches were suitable for my wrist. Did not appear intimidating, would definitely consider visiting again.

Lousy after-sales. I had issue with the separate strap that I purchased but none of the staff (2 male staff - one shown in the photo, the other one was Wilson on duty on 15 April 2025, 8pm) was willing to help me. Photo of the unfriendly staff cos I did not make a purchase. I had a bruise on my wrist due to the metal chain and the male staff brushed me off. Disappointing when they tell you to come back if you have issues.
I purchased 2 Aries Gold watch from Stella on 1 April 2025 and she was very patient and helped me choose the right watches.
