Kelvin is well-versed in suits with his years of experience. As someone who knows too little about suits, I needed advice on suit etiquettes, which Kelvin taught me while taking my measurements.
I even brought my friend to ask him for advice on what shoes to buy to match his suit, because I feel that he's best person to ask for suit advice in the entire mall.
All in all, a swift and pleasant shopping experience. Highly recommended!

I visited the Nex outlet around 7:00 PM on 8th October. The experience was Very Very Rude Staff, especially the Male staff.
The Behavior's was atrocious and a cold shoulder response. I am short of words.
The staff was least bothered and if we were able to find the clothing its fine else no help offered. Even when I wanted to enquire about the first time app download discount, the response was it's not applicable. They why have the stickers all across the showroom.
No one seems to be bothered about customer experience. In todays time its about customer experience.
G2000 needs to do something about this "outlet" it may affect the brand reputations in a NEGATIVE WAY.

Kudos to the female staff here which I didn’t get her name but was very helpful and customer oriented. She was able to not only promote the store sales in a professional way and also helped me to exchange an item that was no longer in size by calling the nearest outlet and even made notes on my receipt. Accompanied son to buy a suit for an interview. As it was our first time buying a suit, we were hoping the staff could give some expert advise on the right fitting. To my disappointment, the 3 staff there could not give any constructive advise. They had no or little knowledge about the right fitting of a suit. In the end, we realised the size of the suit we bought was not right after consulting a few friends and had to return to the shop to exchange.
