I had an amazing massage session with Nicholas. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease. He was attentive, professional and took the time to understand the areas I wanted to focus on. The pressure was just right, and they consistently checked in to ensure I was comfortable. I walked out feeling completely relaxed, with all my muscle tension gone. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a skilled and thoughtful massage therapist. Even the receptionist was friendly and approachable! Will definitely be coming back!

Footnote is a true gem for relaxation and rejuvenation. From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of calm and tranquility. My foot reflexology session with Ruby was wonderful; her expert massage was incredibly relaxing. We will undoubtedly return for future treatments.

Happen to chance across them n decided to try based on their gd Google reviews. I've tried many massages before and I'm very difficult to satisfy when it comes to massage. Surprisingly their therapist Sam did an amazing job! Extented my intention length of massage due to the amazing job! I hardly frequent nex n their another outlet, otherwise I would consider purchasing their packages. And they aren't pushy at all. I'll definitely be back again 1 day.

Ambience 100% Counter staff attitude 100% Massage reflexologist service 100% Definitely worth the promo of $39 for a 60min massage. I was so relaxed I fell asleep. Tempted to take on membership but need to finish my existing one at another place first.

I had an amazing experience at Footnote Massage! Christie was incredibly helpful and cheerful, making the whole process smooth and welcoming. A special mention to Sam Chong—he worked wonders on my sore neck and back, fixing everything within an hour. The place is comfortable, clean, and wonderfully quiet, perfect for relaxation. I was so impressed that I ended up purchasing their package because I know I’ll be coming back often. Highly recommend this place

I had a very relaxing and rejuvenating foot massage. This place is very good customer service. The crew are polite and patient to explain the packages to me. I have signed a package immediately to come back for more sessions.

Am very impressed with my first visit here. The staff at the reception was very patient in answering my queries and helped me with making an appointment on the spot despite me being a walk-in customer. The place was very clean, and I felt very comfortable throughout my 90 mins session. The scent used was very pleasant and put one in a relaxed mood. Kaz my therapist was really good at sorting out my knots and knowing that I was nervous because I haven't had a foot massage for many years, she kept assuring me that she'd adjust the pressure accordingly. The icing on the cake was that there was absolutely no hard selling at all! Update (27/3): very helpful in arranging for a last-minute appointment. Sam was my therapist, and he was really skilful and professional! He checked on the pressure and ensured that he had my trouble areas sorted out.

The first experience is quite bad. I told the therapist it is pain but she continues her way to do my back. And I can feel that she is pressing my bones hardly. My bones going to crack anytime. Due to the good reviews and the atmosphere there, I decided to give the store a second chance.. this time round I got Aaron which I feel comfortable after my shoulder and foot session.
