A lady bringing us in and arranging the tables for us and patiently explaining to us the menu etc.

My 1st time to order Milky Butter Toast to go with my coffee. It's surprisingly very attractive and it taste good. The butter on the surface of toast is unique .... taste like milk powder but in a crispy texture.
Need a bit longer time to prepare the toast, but it's worth to wait.
The service staff is very attentive and friendly. Thanks for taking the initiative to bring the toast to my table. Really appreciate the kind gesture.

Pretty peaceful place in Nex with nice ambiance. Saw like 5 couples and a handful of solo diners just chilling and chatting.
The cashier was friendly and attentive to his customers.
Got a grilled chicken chop rice set (had to wait 15 mins for it) which comes with sugar toast sticks and a drink. The rice and chicken were piping hot, which I love. Well marinated chicken, tender and succulent. Def not your average neighbourhood chicken chop that's been grilled to leather. Nice fragrant char. A bit oily though, so I just removed the skin. Who doesn't love runny fried eggs? Would have asked for more sliced cabbage to cleanse the palate.
Soya milk tasted like Yeos, which Im fine with. Sugar toast is dehydrated - so kinda dry and tasteless on the first bite, but you can taste the butter and sugar after a few chomps. Not the best, but alright with it.

I am Malaysian, came here for the 1st time for breakfast. The staffs from Nex branch is very efficient & friendly. They are very attentive too. Seeing that i am with 2 senior citizen she quickly arrange a table for us. Foods is good!

Ever since this outlet had been opening at this mall. Have been dine-in for at least more than 3 times. Always like to have their handmade meat patty sandwich with cheese.
Started from their original outlet at PLQ especially during Covid time, still ordered for takeaway. From there, been following to dine-in before at other outlets like at Jewel & Sengkang Grand 😋

With egg n cheese is nice but.... I don’t like the pork patty tasted like luncheon meat which is v v soft type n salty. Very possessed kind of taste. Teh C is v normal too.

Wonderful wonderful place to relax and dine. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They allow me to choose alfresco terrace seating facing Serangoon interchange. Pleasant experience!
Will definitely come back.

I took my visiting family from Poland out for breakfast. When the staff saw our big group (6 people), they immediately set up a table for six so we could all sit together.
Everyone was very friendly, and the uncle who served us chatted with my family—asking if they liked the food and where they were from.
Everyone enjoyed the meal, and they were especially surprised by the size of the grilled chicken sandwich!

Fong Sheng Hao at Nex never disappoints! I had the breakfast egg omelette and my absolute favorite coffee — it’s hands-down the best way to start the day. The coffee is always rich, smooth, and consistently delicious, which is why I keep coming back. The food is fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. Great atmosphere and friendly staff too. Highly recommend for a comforting, satisfying breakfast!

I haven't reviewed this place even though I've had a few takeaway meals prior. Food is consistently good with well marinated meat that's a right balance of savouriness and sweetness. The handmade pork patty sandwich and lu rou fan are my usual go-tos. Am doing a review today as the customer service from the young male cashier and crew stood out this time around. I only realised that my sandwich was missing from my takeaway when I reached home. I headed back and after a quick explanation, the kitchen went about to quickly prepare my sandwich. The cashier (sorry didn't get his name) was apologetic and I was even given a free cup of milk tea as service recovery...much appreciated! 👏
