I’ve been visiting this salon for wash and styling services whenever I have work functions to attend. Conveniently located on Level 4 of NEX Mall (opposite Jack’s Place), it has become my go-to spot. Ivy is my preferred stylist—she consistently creates beautiful curls that perfectly complement my outfits. The pricing for wash and style is also reasonably competitive, especially for a salon within a shopping mall.

This was my first visit to De Arte hair studio at Nex for the Argan Oil Texture Control & a hair cut. My hair stylist Justin & Yumi attended to me for total 3.5hrs, both are experienced, nice & polite and could explain on inquiries I had.
Satisfied with the results of the treatment & nice hair cut. I am now having smooth, silky & soft hair as compared to before which was messy due to frizzy hair. Hope it can last longer than expected.

I have a package with them and this was my second appointment! Justin was very thoughtful and friendly with haircut suggestions, advice. Decent price for the professional experience of a wash and cut. The team is friendly, since Yumi washed my hair today and another girl did for me too at my first appointment at Nex! They do recommend their products and treatments if they see it suiting you, and advise on saving cost if you don’t want to come in every month. I visit every 5-6 months for a haircut, and they are perfectly fine with that, still treating me as a valued customer.

Went back to De Arte Hair Studio to do my usual hair dye + scalp and hair treatment. This is my 4th session there based on the package that I have signed. Was served by Steven & Ivy today. Both were very friendly and professional with their service. So far each session has been good and I can really feel that my scalp is refreshingly cleansed from the treatment itself and my hair feels lighter and prettier too with the new hair colour! Justin and Yumi are great. They are friendly and understand my hair conditions really well. Justin also very good in cutting and am very satisfied with the hair cut so far. Will come back again for a regular hair cut with him.

I used to go to their Tampines branch, but I have moved to another place so it’s harder to access. But luckily today I have discovered that they also have a salon at NEX mall, which is just around my new neighborhood. I love the overall service and of course, the haircut itself from a very professional stylist. Thank you Steven for a great service! Friendly and great service by the team. I went to their Nex outlet to get hair treatment service, and I was attended by Justin and Ivy.
Prior to the hair treatment service, my scalp was analysed first, and Justin patiently explained the analysis and explained the steps of the hair treatment service and the purpose of those steps. The hair treatment service was done by both Justin and Ivy, they made the experience pleasant and comfortable.
I also repurchased Miyaki root balancing shampoo (it’s quite pricey, but effective, wish it was discounted >_<), Miyaki hair tonic and the moist replenisher leave-in treatment. Love these products, thus repurchased them again. They also used some of the Miyaki products for the hair treatment too.
Overall, great and friendly service.

I really appreciate that they handle my hair with great care and offer their helpful advice without being pushy or doing any hard selling.The location is convenient and booking appointments is a breeze.
