Over the experience is bad, very slow and they do online orders and let the customers wait for almost 30 mins with only 5 pax in the line.

When I saw the eggs that were fried and placed on the tray , most of the egg yolks had a greenish outer layer and when I asked why , the server couldn’t answer me. I feedback to that the eggs looked scary, she doesn’t seemed to care much . This is not the first time I saw badly fried eggs fr Crave outlets ( oily and greenish ). The stall owners should seriously review the egg quality. The chx wing is also oily and not crispy .

I would like to express my utmost appreciation and admiration for the lady retail executive working at Crave Nasi Lemak (NEX) on 28 July 2025 at 9.15am. She was the only person managing the entire store — from food preparation to cashiering — and did so with incredible professionalism, speed, and composure.
Despite the busy preparation in the morning and having to handle everything on her own, she remained firm, focused, and impressively efficient, all while maintaining a warm and respectful demeanor. Her ability to multi-task under pressure without compromising service quality is truly commendable.
This was not my first visit, and each time I’m consistently impressed by how the team at this outlet always delivers quick, firm, and thoughtful service, even in high-stress situations. It’s clear that they take pride in their work, and it shows.
On top of the excellent service, the food — as always — was delicious, fresh, and satisfying. I ordered the nasi lemak duo, and it hit all the right notes.
Kudos to this hardworking staff and the team at Crave NEX for their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. It’s people like her who make customers like me keep coming back. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Super duper long wait to have my order taken due to lack of staff. After order is taken, have to wait again! The staff are obviously overworked during dinner hours because one staff have to fry and replenish the ingredients. The other staff was busy assembling the food into the boxes. No one was available to take order and the queue got longer and longer. Just be prepared to wait for at least 30mins for your food.. wait until high blood pressure. After today I will not patronise anymore, not worth wasting my time. Other than that, the staff service and his tone when taking orders is still okay. Please hire one more worker to deal with the dinner crowd. Those two workers cannot be happy if they continue working like this.

Bee hoon was tasteless and very very hard to chew. Wasted my time queuing. Wasted my hard earned money for this kind of food. 1-man-show. Alot of online orders storming in, with physical q to handle. It's a Sunday, maids are rushing buying food. So sorry of what becoming to Crave now. Hope it will sustain.

At 9.30pm, there are still chicken dumb, chicken wing , fillet. Quite a lot of stuff. So I decided to order. I asked the cashier “can I order a packet” he replied “can , but what is there is there” and I heard his hand bang on the table. I was so pissed off. I decided to walk off. “ the attitude of the staff is really CMI. If I not wrong, they close at 10pm. Even if they don’t wan to fried new order. I am ok, coz they are things on the tray that I want. But his approach is really CMI. Really need some customer services training.

I ordered for delivery to my house. I must say it is really good. Love the rice, the chicken, the ikan bilis, the nuts, the egg, the chilli etc. The packaging made the food appetising.
Clever of the company to partner the best nasi lemak stall in Singapore located at Adam Road Hawker Centre to sell it in such a modern and creative way.
