Visited on Wed 5 March for normal hair-cutting services as compulsory for my job. Was attended to by Roy - a professional, friendly, humble and service-oriented Malaysian Chinese who speaks fluent mandarin and English. Like his coworkers, he’s also skilful and experienced in hairstyling and can do perming and other services as requested. Very happy with my new hairstyle and highly recommended! Used to frequent Kcuts and QB house for my haircut but I changed my mind now that this new salon has impressed me with everything. Pluspoint the guys there all handsome but u don’t need good looks to be hairstylist. It’s the skills, experience and willing to learn attitude that matters. Thank u so much Roy! I had an amazing experience at Clippers Barber @ Nex with Calvin. From the moment I sat in the chair, he was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about his craft. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and gave great recommendations based on my hair type and face shape.

I got my haircut by a woman named Kathy Nguyen and it was the worst experience I have ever had. She did a horrible cut and on top of that she wasn’t friendly she was just talking and laughing with her friend. Also when I told her what I wanted to get she didn’t want to do it so she gave me something else. I asked for a low taper fade and she pretty much shaved the side of my head off. I also asked for a lineup but she said she didn’t want to do that. She was also extremely rude to me. I also asked for a fade in the back and she just took the trimmer and set a guideline without fading it. Definitely the worst barber experience I have ever had and I hope that nobody goes here so that this woman will go out of business cause she needs to find a new profession. She is horrible
