Super duper hard sell. My mom was a victim. She went for touch up for her eyebrows but end up signing up for a twenty sessions facial. She requested for this particular lady but after a few sessions, she left the company for some reason. However, they lied to her and say that the lady had returned to her hometown and will be back in a month time. After few months later, one of the staff shared that the lady had left the company a long time ago. I clearly do not understand why is there a need to lie. Every session, they would never fail to pressurise my mom to add on an eye treatment or something else during the facial treatment despite declining repeatedly. Every session is a nightmare and we just can't wait to finish all the sessions. We are horrified as all of their staff (none of them are local) are trained in such way. You would expect a bad attitude when you refuse their services. Avoid this place at all costs!
