Always get my pork floss bun from BreadTalk at NEX. The store has undergone several rounds of upgrading, and now the bread is better displayed, with a cleaner and brighter environment.
With its sister brand Toast Box located right next to it, I sometimes grab their buns and pair them with a kopi C @ Toast Box— just perfect.

Only one Cashier n rather slow, could need to open another counter or have 2 persons at counter to help wrap each individual bread. More than 5 staff behind kitchen though, which I think could spread more evenly the workload, n reduce customer waiting time. Thanks

Didn’t notice when I was at the store but came back to realise half my bread was burnt… also not the best idea to have only one auntie at peak timing minding the cashier. Results in a very long line and waiting time. Feel bad for the auntie being the only one having to pack the breads while handling the pos.

Had craving for blueberry muffin, was happy l found it at breadtalk Nex. Eat it when home then realized l got cheated, it was raisin muffin not blueberry. Worst part there r only 3 pcs of raisin inside. Really not a nice thing to do when u display blueberry tag but u give customer something else using 3 pcs of cheap raisin to replace the blueberry. Breadtalk, if u wan to make muffin pls make it nicely not by making it so big with only few pcs of raisin inside but muffin looks big in appearance misleading customer with untrue ingredient inside. Honestly felt lousy buying yr bakery.

Came here to try their new Annyeong Garlic. It was not bad. You get some parts which are sweet and some parts which are garlicky savoury. I do wished that the bun was fluffier and that the savoury and sweet would be more balanced throughout the bread.
Overall worth trying.

Everything is ok I used to buy bread from them all along , wanted to get a nann and guess what I saw a freaking fly I was shock and went to buy other bread , I can see that the fly has been walking trails on the bread at plus the bread was in a closed area with the transparent flap closed down

Houseflies flying inside the bread area. Wanna buy smart aleck saw a housefly on the cream. I went to tell the staff but she doesn't seems to understand me, just went chasing the housefly on the top shelf. I will think twice now buying their bread.

Today, there was a special to buy 5 floss bread at $9, so maybe more customer came in. However, they put a super blur and slow cashier during lunch hour. Queue was snaking outside the bakery and only one cashier handling packing of bread into plastic bag, taping bag, handle money. I tried to make things fast for her, informing her that I do not need a plastic bag (I brought my own plastic bag) and I do not want my bread plastic bag to be taped. I was taking money out of wallet when she still continue to tape the plastic bag.

This is better than Breadtalk at Junction 8. It’s less cramped and I feel that the layout allows for more viewing of the breads. I also think that they have more breads here such as the multigrain toast.

I really love this yam cake from BreadTalk and hoping that they will put it as a permanent item cake in the store! This was introuduce for Mother's Day, it was recommended by my cousin and my family decided to try it by buying two of it. Love the yam flavour sponge and cream and also the pudding jelly at the last layer of the cake! Never sick of it!
