Review for Boost Juice @ NEX:
I visited Boost Juice @ NEX today and ordered the Strawberry Watermelon drink.
The drink was okay, but I could only taste the watermelon, with no noticeable strawberry flavor.
I used a ShopBack $5 discount voucher for the purchase, which was a nice deal.
However, I hope the strawberry flavor can be improved in future.

Love with the Watermelon Lyche Crush. Enjoying my drink and the good service been given. Friendly staff having at Boost. A good experience and thanks for the membership suggestion. For sure will be return back to Boost claim my birthday drink. Keep it up.

Ordered on their mobile app, came to the shop only to see they are on break for an hour, the time is 6.20pm on a weekend, no way the entire shop staff is allowed to go on break during peak period.
Came back 7 plus and my order was left alone for unknown duration and melted, no staff is around again. Please investigate your staff.

Ordered the watermelon lychee today and it tastes amazing! Didn’t have to wait so long even though there was a lot of people waiting. Kudos to the two staff working on Sunday evening!

Male staff making the drinks was coughing extremely badly and did not wear a mask. Could see him coughing all over the equipment, ended up not ordering. Please ensure that your staff are taught the proper hygiene rules.

We wanted the large cup and proceeded to order the more expensive drinks as the norm
was the bigger cup will cost more. 2 young Staff cannot be bothered to inform customers that there was an ongoing promotion and that the medium cup is more expensive than a large cup. We were shocked to be ended up with 3 medium cups and we paid more. Staff was also not apologetic after we asked why they cannot alert customers which most shops would do.

This branch of Boost is very low quality. I had many add-ons but haven't tasted a bit of those in my drink. I think it's because too much ice/water is put than the ingredients itself.
Then there's a scenario wherein they're wondering why I don't come get my drink when they haven't even called the number yet.
The quality of drink is not just 1 time scenario. I think I experienced it 3/3 times.

Ordered via app and waited for 30mins and drinks were still not ready. Customers ordered after us had all collected their drinks. Cashier Joon insisted that our orders are after theirs and attitude is real bad and this is not acceptable no matter how busy your outletnis

Ordered Mango Magic on 25 April 12pm , waited 20 minutes for the drink. Was first in line to order in front of three people but was the last to be served. Staff did not even apologise for missing out my order. Will not order again, honestly a waste of time.

having 1 staff on a weekend is insane. poor girl has to do everything from cashiering to making of the drinks. like from the app pick up to grab order? and walk in customers having to wait on top of everything else. what is management doing
