The hair therapist who did my trial session left after my first session. While they did try to bring in another therapist from another outlet, it was very challenging to secure a slot, as this substitute therapist was present at the Nex outlet less than 2 weeks a month. Their chair used for hair treatment was initially broken after I signed up for the package, and it took their management 4 months to fix it, during which they couldn’t take any appointments at the Nex outlet. Their treatment didn’t do wonders for my hair either. After the feedback, they proposed doing 4 treatments a session instead of 2 as planned, and as we started this, their management decided to discontinue hair sessions at Nex altogether, and they moved me to other outlet with one week’s notice. Yet another experience where the business takes you for a ride once you sign up for a package and are locked in with them. Wouldn’t recommend any packages with them for hair treatments.

Treatment done by my therapist today is topnotch and package is very reasonable.
No hard selling and definitely will recommend if you want an economical yet good service that is worth every penny.

My recent experience at the Nex location has been far from satisfactory. I have been trying to book a facial appointment for a long time, but have been unable to secure a slot. This ongoing issue has become quite frustrating especially since I still have outstanding package with them which I need to utilise.
I hope that management at HQ can evaluate how to improve the scheduling process for customers and prioritize loyal patrons like myself who have supported the salon for many years.

I have been to BMF Nex for facial for more than a year. So glad that I have met my therapist, Joanne. She is patient and is very good in extraction. She always does a fine job in getting all the black and white heads out. My face feels so clean every time. I also like the way she does the shoulder massages. She knows the right pressure and I feel so relax every single time. Look for the consultant, Beatrice when you go there. You won’t regret.

I enjoy every facial session with her, as she is able to let me have a relaxing time with her skills and shoulder massages. My face feels clean and radiant after each session.
