Fairly decent Indonesian place at Nex. Walked in on a Sunday afternoon, and tables were easily available. I ordered a Cherry flavoured drink, which was more rose flavour in taste but quite refreshing for the warm weather. My friend ordered an ice tea. For meals, we ordered the ayam bakar and two portions of the chicken satay. The ayam bakar was decent, though the chicken was well cooked despite being small in size. You can help yourself to the black sauce and sambal to add more kick to your meal. The only letdown in the ayam bakar was that it wasn't served with a curry. The curry makes a big difference for me and helps me eat the rice, too. The satay was ok as it was more fried than grilled but tasty with the peanut sauce. 31 SGD for two people and quite affordable.

Ordered crispy smashed fried chicken while partner ordered ayam bakar.
Honestly the smashed fried chicken was pretty bad. It makes Sahara desert feel like oasis. Rice was average. Tofu and other side was better.
Only reason for 4 stars was because my partner gave me the grilled chicken. Juicy and well charred. Much more delicious than the dry fried chicken.

The chill is super authentic. Hot and spicy.
Avocado drink is nice with the special sauce. Size is small though. Finish it so quickly. Yummy.
The food all came nice and crispy. A pity the tumeric rice is not hot enough.
But overall good.

Was there on Tue evening with friend and can easily find seats. Food, omg, the grilled chicken was juicy and affordable. Keep the food standard up 😋

Chicken is not fresh. Taste and texture very mushy. The satay is over priced and not nice at all!
Oxtail soup is ok but too salty.
The staff seems very blur and don't really understand English much.
Stood there so long and they like lack of service staff. Only 2 of them working and the other person is also the cashier.
Environment is clean but I am very surprised that the staff cleaned the table and water dripped on the chair seat, he just walked away leaving the next customer wipe himself.
