Went to this store in the evening, nearer to closing time. Staff from Philippines was proactive and was literally thrown under the bus with two extremely unhelpful colleagues on shift. Both look local, one male one female.

Visited yesterday to shop for Christmas gift for my brother in law. Asked the staffs on couple of discounted items, they given me the face I am cheapo and very cool throughout our interaction. If ASICS don not intend to provide discount, then better don't make any offer during festive season, your staffs need to be trained how to treat every customer the same. Very disappointed.

Alvin was really helpful! Came here to get shoes for my grandma. Though the store was very busy, he was able to juggle the customers well, and also helped us as we were trying the shoes for quite a while. Really appreciated the great service!

Today I went to the asics store in serangoon to buy clothes. There was an employee serving me. I was very happy because he served me. I was in a particularly good mood today. （Alvin）service is top 1 in serangoon. He is handsome and has fair skin. I was lucky to see a handsome guy today. I will give him full marks.

total 10/10 service. went on 09/05/2025. I didn't get the name of the staff working but he helped me reserve an Asics Novablast 5 as I was not sure which colour to get yet. came back on 10/05/2025 close to closing time and they definitely pulled through. all of them working on both days were so accommodating and helped me with my sizing as well. 10/10 service

Afiq is a good staff he attends to me immediately when I enter the shop. He is attentive, helpful and professional. He knows the products well. He provided excellent service.

AWESOME STAFF BEST SERVICE.. big kudos to wonderful team very helpful in finding my size out of the huge pile of shoes, going above and beyond so that I can take home this lovely pair of Novablast 4 TR. Yall really made my day lah paiseh nvr get your names but really super solid customer service 10/10!!! Wish yall well and definitely come to this store if you are looking for a good pair of runners! 😊😊😊🙏🏼 Ps. kudos also to the helpful staff at Suntec branch to help check stock even tho you busy, which allowed me to go to nex to get my shoe 🙂

Great great service! Was assisted by the assistant store manager named Chris and was assisted above and beyond his calling. Even assisted in recommending a pair of shoes not available at his own store and soft reserving it for me. Will always be my first stop being going to any other ASICS in the future

I am writing to commend one of your staff, Alvin, at your ASICS NEX mall outlet. Alvin was very patient and helpful. He offered some good suggestions about which shoes to pick that catered to our needs. Despite being very busy with other customers in the store, he also went to other stores and even to the online website to find the shoe sizes we needed. Overall, we had a good experience at ASICS.
