i have been with Amazing Hearing for abt 6 years and so far they have never failed in their after sales service. The staff was prompt in answering to my watsapp queries before i was advised to visit the center on 22/3. I was attended by Ivy and her colleague and as usual, they had shown their professionalism in trouble shooting the issue with my charger on site.
i'm glad to be attended by Ivy, whom has shown her patience in guiding me trying out the features in my iphone app for a better hearing experience which i had never used before. It was definitely useful for me when i'm in different kind of environment. She was knowledgeable, professional and observant in my listening patterns and offered her advice according to my needs. Excellent service from Wen Hui at Nex outlet. Yesterday she patiently helped my husband pair the app to his Huawei phone despite the fact that it was near impossible because Huawei phone is not compatible at all. After more than an hour, Wen Hui managed to do it. Throughout the whole session, she was so patient trying all sorts of ways to do it. Wen Hui is indeed very kind and patient. Thumbs up for great service. My husband and I were very happy.
Today we went back to Nex again because my husband decided to get a 2nd hand iphone instead. This time round, it was smoothsailing, again with the help of Wen Hui and another fine young man, Zu Xuan, the audiologist. As my husband's iphone had no data plan yet, both of them helped us to pair th hearing aid to his new phone. A fantastic example of great team work. Throughout both sessions yesterday and today, my husband and I were met with smiles. Amazing Hearing is lucky to have Wen Hui and Zu Xuan!
