Siau Leng - provided extremely good customer service. She worked very hard with massaging the head and upper back and really pampered the head with the various hair shampoo and conditioner. She is very cheeeful and is a positive hair therapist.

I had a fantastic experience at Jean Yip Spa at Serangoon Nex, all thanks to Jane! She was incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel completely at ease. Her massage technique was both relaxing and effective—I felt refreshed and rejuvenated after the session. Jane also took the time to understand my needs and tailored the treatment accordingly. Highly recommend her if you’re looking for a top-notch spa experience!

Very relaxing hair spa, hair and shoulder massage. Hair feels totally refreshed. I also love the essential or massage oil. I like to get the same scent for my home aromatherapy and I keep forgetting to ask the therapist.

Had my hair spa treatment in JeanYip Nex. My therapist is Siau Leng and I definitely love her way in hair massage and the entire treatment. I felt relaxed after it.

Siau Leng provided amazing service. Her head massages were relaxing and most importantly, she made me feel very comfortable and cared for. I only had to be there and she would bring everything like my jacket and my things from the locker. The therapists in 6 Elements are professionals and it’s really comfortable experience.
