Braddell Heights Active Agers' Day @ NEX on 10 & 11 October 2026
Braddell Heights Grassroots Organisations will host the Active Agers' Day @ NEX on 10 and 11 October 2026 (Saturday and Sunday) from 10 AM to 8 PM at the NEX Atrium, Level 1. The event brings together interactive booths, performances, talks and resources to help residents age well in their neighbourhood.
Visitors can explore programme areas covering Nutrition & Healthy Eating, Active Ageing Programmes, Mental Wellness & Befriending, Information & Financial Planning, Digital Literacy, Home & Living, Health Screening, Physical Activity & Sports, Scam Prevention, Community Services & Support, and Active Ageing Centres.
