Active Agers' Day at NEX: A Recap of the Community Event
NEX recently hosted Active Agers' Day, a community event focused on active ageing, health information, and cultural performances. The event, held at the mall, welcomed Mr Seah Kian Peng, Speaker of Parliament, who graced the occasion.
Attendees had the opportunity to explore interactive booths and gather useful tips on healthy ageing. Organisations such as NHG Health and Dementia Singapore were present to provide information and resources.

Visitors engaged with interactive health booths set up by NHG Health, learning about various aspects of active ageing. The booths offered hands-on activities and educational materials to help seniors maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Dementia Singapore Information Booth
Dementia Singapore also hosted a booth, sharing information on healthy ageing and other helpful resources. The booth provided brochures and guidance to attendees, emphasising the importance of cognitive health.
Guest of Honour
Mr Seah Kian Peng, Speaker of Parliament, joined the event as a guest speaker, adding to the significance of the day. His presence underscored the community's commitment to supporting active ageing initiatives.
