## 🧭 Role Overview
As a **Retail Experience Strategist**, you're more than just a sales associate—you are a **brand ambassador, customer journey curator, and future leader**. This role is designed to prepare you for a Sales Manager position, with hands-on leadership responsibilities and deep involvement in shaping the retail strategy and day-to-day operations.

## 🛍️ Key Responsibilities
### 1. **Customer Engagement & Sales Strategy**
* Deliver warm, enthusiastic customer service that reflects the Amarga brand.
* Share product stories and benefits to inspire interest and trust.
* Understand customer needs and recommend products thoughtfully.
* Work toward sales goals and store performance targets.
### 2. **Retail Leadership & Store Operations**
* Support daily store operations, including opening/closing and sales tracking.
* Take initiative and ownership of store areas and tasks.
* Contribute ideas to improve efficiency and the retail experience.
### 3. **Visual Merchandising & Inventory Control**
* Ensure displays are neat, attractive, and well-stocked.
* Assist with inventory restocking and backroom organisation.
* Follow visual merchandising guidelines for promotions and seasonal campaigns.
### 4. **Customer Experience Innovation**
* Look for ways to elevate each customer’s journey.
* Handle feedback gracefully and turn issues into positive experiences.
* Bring customer insights to the team to improve service and offerings.
### 5. **Brand Representation & Culture Building**
* Represent Amarga Organics' mission and values with pride.
* Participate in in-store campaigns and events.
* Help create a welcoming, ethical, and inspiring retail space.

### Who You Are:
* A strong communicator who enjoys interacting with people.
* Curious and eager to learn—no prior retail experience required.
* Passionate about sustainability, wellness, or conscious living.
* Reliable, organised, and proactive.
* Comfortable working retail hours, including **weekends and public holidays**.
