Heguru Education Centre is an award-winning enrichment centre for children 1 to 12 years old.

Originated from Japan, we use a multi-sensory approach to strengthen children's brain functions and foster their cognitive, intellectual as well as social-emotional development.

We strive to help children build a strong foundation and provide them with a head start in their lifelong learning journey.

Job Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in customers
• Handle phone and email enquiries
• Handle student matters such as registration and withdrawal
• Collection of course fees
• Work closely with teachers in regards to class scheduling
• Support day-to-day centre operations
• Administrative tasks

Requirements

• Customer service oriented
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English and basic Mandarin for communicating with Chinese-speaking customers
• Pleasant disposition, amiable and approachable

Working Location

• One of our 3 Punggol centres: Oasis Terraces or Waterway Point mall or Punggol Digital District

Working Days

• 5-days work week (Wednesday to Sunday)
• 8.45am-6.30pm
