Front Desk Receptionist

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our customers, this full-time role is responsible for providing exceptional reception and administrative support to ensure a positive experience for all visitors to our centre.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming all visitors to the centre in a friendly and professional manner
• Handling incoming phone calls, emails and inquiries
• Handling all student matters such as registration and collection of course fees
• Fostering good relationships with customers
• Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area to create a welcoming environment
• Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and other office duties as required
• Providing general support to the centre management team as needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing reception role, preferably in an education or service-based environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Proficient in using standard office software such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• A friendly, positive and helpful attitude, with a passion for providing exceptional customer service

Working Days & Hours

• Wednesday to Sunday: 8.45am to 6.30pm
• Off days on Monday and Tuesday
