About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our customers, this role is key to ensuring a positive experience for all visitors to our centre.
In this full-time role, you will provide exceptional reception and administrative support while helping to create a welcoming atmosphere.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greeting and Welcoming Visitors: Ensure that all visitors to the centre are greeted in a friendly, professional, and courteous manner.
- Handling Inquiries: Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Student Matters: Handle registration processes, manage student records, and collect course fees in a timely and efficient manner.
- Customer Relationship Management: Foster positive relationships with customers and assist with resolving any concerns or issues they may have.
- Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks
- General Support: Provide general assistance to the centre management team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing reception role, preferably in an education or service-based environment.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in using standard office software such as Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Attitude: A friendly, positive, and helpful attitude, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Working Days & Hours:
- Wednesday to Sunday: 8.45am to 6.30pm
- Off days on Monday and Tuesday
